What we store today
When an employer checks out, we store the employer's name, the work email they typed in, the headcount they paid for, and the access code itself. We do not store anything about any departing employee: no name, no email, and no resume, because the sign-up portal those would come from is not built yet.
Counting visits
We count visits with Google Analytics, delivered through Cloudflare, our web host, to see which pages people read. It records the pages viewed and general browser details, not what you type into the checkout form. Google's handling of that data is covered by Google's privacy policy.
What the resume and interview tools will do, once built
A resume an employee uploads will be sent to Anthropic's API to generate feedback. We do not plan to keep the resume file itself; a short transcript of the chat, if any, would be stored against the employee's own session and deleted when their 90 days of access ends. This section will be updated with the exact details before that feature ships.
What we never ask an employer for
We do not ask an employer for a list of who is leaving, in any form. Each departing employee signs themselves up with the access code.
