Plain terms, not a lawyer's draft. A lawyer reads these after the first paid kits.

What you are buying

One kit, bought once, for one layoff event. The kit is one access code. Each person you give that code to can use it to reach their own state's unemployment filing guide, a job match panel, and (once built) AI resume and interview help. You do not give us a list of who is leaving, and we do not ask for one.

Price

$15 a person, with a $500 minimum per kit, charged once at checkout. There is no subscription.

How long access lasts

Each employee's access lasts 90 days from their first sign-in with the code. The code itself does not expire separately; the 90 days starts the first time someone actually uses it.

Refunds

If the kit is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of your purchase at the address on the contact page and we will refund it in full, provided no employee has signed in yet. Once an employee has started using their access, we will work with you on a partial refund rather than a full one, case by case.

What this is not

• Not legal, financial, or immigration advice. The state guide is general information from each state's own public rules.
• Not a government program, and not Rapid Response.
• Not a guarantee of employment for anyone who uses the kit.

The state guide covers 13 states today. An employee in a state we have not built yet gets that state's own unemployment agency link instead of our guide.
